Why collect funds from sub-accounts to the main account of the Ethereum-like blockchains?
Funds are collected into a single account to make payments. Since small amounts are usually concentrated in different sub-accounts (there can be thousands of them), you must first accumulate them all in one account and then make payments.
The transaction is conducted in a manual mode.
